I. General Provisions
- The privacy policy specifies how users’ personal data, necessary for providing electronic services via the website https://radoxim.pl (hereinafter: the Service), are collected, processed, and stored.
- The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of its offered services.
- Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data
- Personal data are used for the purpose of:
- registering an account and verifying the User’s identity,
- enabling login to the Website,
- performing an agreement regarding services and e-services,
- communicating with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.)
- sending newsletters (after User’s consent to receive them),
- maintaining a comment system,
- providing social services,
- promoting the Administrator’s offer,
- marketing, remarketing, affiliate programs,
- personalizing the Website for Users,
- analytic and statistical activities,
- debt collection,
- determining and pursuing claims or defending against them.
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other Website functionalities.
IV. Types of personal data processed
The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: first and last name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, NIP.
V. Duration of personal data processing
User personal data will be processed for the period:
- when the basis of data processing is the execution of an agreement – until the statute of limitations for claims after its completion,
- when the basis of data processing is consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal, until the claim’s statute of limitations.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and those related to conducting business activities – 3 years (unless a specific regulation states otherwise).
VI. Sharing personal data
- User personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, cooperating entities such as companies handling e-payments, courier/postal service providers, legal counsel.
- User personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User rights
- The Website User has the right to: access their personal data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
- A notice of exercising rights should be sent to biuro@radoxim.pl.
- The Administrator will fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request immediately – within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
- The User has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
- The Website collects information using cookies – session, persistent, and external entities.
- Cookies collection supports proper service provision on the Website and serves statistical purposes.
- The User can specify the scope of cookie access to their device in browser settings.
IX. Automated decision-making and profiling
- User data cannot be processed in an automated manner such that decisions could be made against them as a result.
- User data may be profiled for content customization and offer personalization after their consent.
X. Final provisions
- The Administrator has the right to amend the Privacy Policy, without restricting the rights of Users.
- Information about introduced changes will appear as a communication available on the Website.
- In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law apply.
